A historia dos grandes lideres e o trabalho incansavel de quem luta e conquista mudancas que fazem o mundo melhor sao sempre inspiradores, mas as vezes me parecem tao distantes! Eu procuro inspiracao nas coisas mais simples: um solzinho na janela de manha, o sorriso de uma crianca no onibus, abrir o jornal e ver ao menos uma noticia boa, sentir o cheiro familiar de cafe quente, ouvir alguem falar de seus planos, uma musica alto-astral, um passeio por uma rua que eu nao conhecia antes... tudo... I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( citeste mai mult)
